مقدمه:

يهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تزويد المشاركين بالمعرفة والمهارات والأدوات اللازمة لإدارة العقود. سيتعرف المشاركون في هذه الدورة التفاعلية على الأنشطة التي تتم خلال مراحل دورة العقود والمنهجيات المستخدمة لإدارة كل واحد منها وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات المستخدمة في إدارة العقود، كما تغطي مجالات هامة مثل إعداد العقود ومنح العقود وإدارة العقود.

المنهجية:

تعتمد على استخدام التمارين الفردية والجماعية التي تهدف إلى مساعدة المشاركين على تعلم جميع الأنشطة الرئيسية لإدارة العقود، كما يستخدم المشاركون عدد من دراسات الحالة والعروض التقديمية ولعب الادوار تليها مناقشات عامة. تتضمن هذه الدورة ايضاً اختبارات تقييمية في اليوم الأول والأخير.

 

أهداف البرنامج سيتمكن المشاركون في نهاية البرنامج من:

- تحديد مبادئ والتعاريف والخطوات الرئيسية المشاركة في عملية اجراء العقود .

- تفصيل عن أنشطة إعداد العقود بما في ذلك التخطيط والتطوير نطاق العمل وتحديد مصادر الخيارات.

- التعرف على أنواع مختلفة من العقود وتأثير كل نوع على استراتيجية توزيع المخاطر .

- وضع معايير لعرض المناقصات وتسليمها وتقييمها .

- اكتساب مهاراة استخدام الأدوات الادارية لمدير العقد وممارسة دوره أو دور المسؤول للحد من المواجهات والنزاعات أثناء التنفيذ.

- مناقشة التقنيات البديلة لتسوية المنازعات وتجنب أسباب الإخلال والأضرار.
